Four friends materialize in a desolate world. Here mile high trees take over everything and monsters roam at night. When the Lorns want to expel them, will they survive the night?
There was a lot of creativity that went into this book. The story idea was great and obviously well thought out. The writers descriptions of such unusual worlds was flawless. D.G can write very well. The only problem I had was that at first it felt a little over explanative and the over use of some words. As the book progressed it picked up really quickly and I found myself more and more immersed. The descriptions painted a wonderful picture and the character development was wonderful. Also you can tell this book will be part of a series. Thank you D.G and librarything for sending me this book in exchange for my honest review.
