The Review

You can tell this is going to be a fun pre-teen series. The book moved very well and it will definitely captivate it’s targeted audience. i was able to read the book in a little over an hour and felt that the set up for the continuation at the end of this book was highly executed. I could definitely see this book at my nephews book fair and him picking it up. My only complaint with it is, is that i think because it is for a younger audience it needs to have a more captivating, attention grabbing cover. I don’t judge books by covers, but I feel most kids still do. For me the cover was fine, but as i said , it probably needs to be a little more attention grabbing. The words flowed smoothly and was very understandable even for a younger age. The plot was fun and mysterious and i really loved it. I can’t wait to see more of this series.
