First off from the beginning, you fall in love with Hawthorn. She is so beautifully realistic in how flawed she is. She has such an enthusiasm for her beliefs and how she truly searches just to sit in. This book flowed so smoothly and kept me reading up late at night just to see what happened next. The plot to this book was genius and is not something that’s been over done, which is a refresher. This book really shows whats it’s like to try to discover yourself. I also really loved Hawthorn’s vivid imagination. The characters in this book all fit together nicely and their development was brilliant. There were so many brilliant concepts to this book as well. The ending may not have been what i originally thought/ wanted but it fit nicely. 4 out of 5 stars! I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.
